Here's how you can get the new pin:

Step 1: Go to the Night Club

Step 2: Go to the Bolier room by clicking the speaker in the upper right.

Step 3: Point the the big boiler with larva.

Step 4: Wait till the pin is completed.

Step 5: Pick up the pin.
